Membership Benefits & Terms
HVAC Maintenance
$170
Per Year
- Annual Membership includes 2 maintenances - 1 visit in the Spring and 1 visit in the Fall
- $170 total cost ($85 per maintenance, includes 1-inch filter change per visit)
- Payment due at the time of service - No membership fees
- Worry Free Scheduling - The office will contact you in the spring & fall to schedule your maintenances
- Priority Service Scheduling - Members receive prompt attention

Humidifier Maintenance
$30
Per Year
- This service is to be performed with your furnace maintenance.
- Replacement pad not included in the price.
- For steam humidifier, call for pricing.
- Worry free scheduling: we will reach out to you to schedule with your furnace maintenance each year.

What's Included in Your Maintenance Membership?
Every Visit
- Check system function, safety controls, and adjust the operating sequence where appropriate.
- Inspect electrical components and connections and tighten as needed
- Ensure proper airflow and replace air filters
- Inspect blower assembly
- Check operation of thermostat
Spring Visit
- Inspect inside coil and condensate pans, clean condensate traps, and condensate lines to prevent obstructions.
- Clean outside coil for efficient operation
- Check capacitors
- Check temperature drop
- Take amp draws on all motors
- Inspect blower and cabinet for cleanliness
- Check compressor and outdoor fan motor operation
- Review refrigerant charge if necessary
Fall Visit
- Clean the burner assembly
- Remove soot from the fireside burner
- Visually inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Check internal safetys
- Check gas pressure
- Check temp rise in all stages
- Check home for CO
- Clean and test flame sensor
- Clean condensate trap inside furnace
- Inspect exhaust for leaks and safety
