As I told Tom, your men were all hard working polite professionals with the ability to talk with a nosey homeowner. Brodey in particular I felt ran lead on my job, and he was great. Not sure if that was by design or not, but he's a pro. I feel like you shot me straight from the get go, and that's why we did business. I know I was a bit of a quoting pain in the ass in the beginning, but $19k doesn't grow on trees in my neighborhood so thank you for humoring me with options. Outside of service care, Shaw Mechanical has replaced our air conditioner and hot water heater. It’s great to trust a company to take care of very important needs and to know the job will be done well.

I’ve been using Shaw Mechanical for about ten years now. I had some issues with my previous HVAC guy and Shaw was referred by a friend. They fixed the issues with my old furnace, and as it neared the end of it’s useful life, they offered the best deal on a replacement. They also have fixed my A/C unit a couple times, including the shoddy workmanship my previous guy had done. The service guys are always prompt, courteous and never leave a mess behind. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
